There’s really no big secret on how to get better search engine rankings. You need visitors and you need more visitors. Creating the most traffic possible to your website is the key. Now sometimes it can depend on the quality of those visits for the final numbers. For instance, is your traffic staying more than a minute at your website and are they clicking on links when they get there? These are things that can go a long ways in determine where your website ranks with other websites with similar information.

Selecting a good meta tag and having a lot of keywords that are relevant to your website goes a long ways too. It’s always helpful when other websites has your link on their page. This is what the robots really search for when determine where your website will rank on the search engines. Your search engine listing needs to be catchy too, so when people do a search and find your website, they will want to click on the search engine link to get to your website. The bottomline is to stay active daily and do something everyday to push traffic toward your website.

Consider this, when I did a search for “jewelry accessories” on Google there are 23,500,000 results listed at the time of this article writing. After looking at about three pages I stopped looking to see if her website was listed. This is typical for people who do searches for keywords like jewelry accessories. If they do not find what they are looking for in the first two or three pages they will generally stop looking and try other keyword combination’s. Most people are not going to sift through 235 sites, much less 23,500,000 listings. The more you sift through the sites the less likely they are to be good matches to what you were looking for anyway.

Keyword articles could improve her search engine results a great deal. Keyword articles most often come up when someone types in “jewelry accessories” and other relevant keyword combination’s. Creating articles that provide information, as well as adhere to a keyword density formula, is a major component as to how your website will get ranked higher in the search engine results.
