You know the kids and parents are going to be eating a lot of sugar over the next week or so. It’s that time of the year when we knock at doors to get candy or open our doors to hand it out. I think we all make our self a little sick because we eat so much candy during the days before and after Halloween. Along with the candy comes a few pounds and it’s really just the start of the weight gaining. Many people use different types appetite suppressant to help them make it through the holiday parties without putting on those extra pounds. We have the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays that will soon be here too and we all eat more than our share of food then. You only live once, so why not enjoy the sweets from Halloween and all of the other great foods that come after October 31st. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving and make sure you enjoy it as much as the kids do!
