Are you buying?
In our neighborhood there is a lot of building going on despite all the reports about the housing market slowing down as interest rates increase. The real estate wher e we live in Washington is apparently not affected by the rest of the country. As the houses are built they continue to sell and their prices seem to escalate every month. This is great news for us as our housing value will surely rise, and give us more equity in our home much sooner.
We recently purchased a new home and I finally got my own office where I can work from home in peace. So our goal was to set out and find a new computer desk and chair along with the essential office supplies that would help in my daily task. We found a great new maple desk with chair that wraps around the wall and provides a ton of storage and desk space. So now my kids can keep their space and dad has a place to do work and concentrate on business calls and reports. Finding office supplies was another matter as you never know what you need until you need it.
