Help getting in shape

I have been trying to stay in shape and tone my muscles but my own routines are just not cutting it. I have seen the ads for the various fitness programs and they all say with just 2 hours a day for 8-12 weeks you can have that toned body. I am not sure who has that much time each day to work out but certainly not guy like me who have a family and a job. There are numerous sites that provide some of the most simple and best ab workout plans to help you strengthen your core. It is just motivating yourself to do this on a weekly basis along with a healthy diet to get in shape.
