Getting a better nights sleep

The other morning, on Saturday, I woke up to a blinding light shining in my face. So my wife and I decided that we were going to invest in some room darkening blinds in order to not be woken up so early and be able to sleep in during the weekends. Many people may consider sleeping pills to help get a betters night sleep but maybe some simple adjustments might work as well. It was amazing at how much better we felt when we were staying at the hotel and were able to sleep in and not be woken up early by light poking through the holes of our blinds. Although I must admit that we could have slept in much longer, but thankfully we had a full day planned for sight seeing and the zoo so sleeping in was not in the cards.
