After you read their review it is clear that there are still some questions about what exactly the product does contain. This was an interesting fact since most consumers will not look this closely at the label, but rely on the product claims are not supported by much evidence and the FDA does not regulate these dietary supplements. So my suggestion is before you pick up the latest diet pill that read the label and if you are not sure what the ingredients are then do some research or read the latest reviews to help get a better understanding of what it is that you are buying.
