In many homes one of the items that your guests will see and use is the bathroom faucets. So it makes since to have a better quality and more stylish element in the guest bathroom. Unfortunately this is not the case and most will go with the contractor grade faucet that looks bland and usually is lower quality and will need to be replaced sooner than later.

School has officially started in most parts of the country and this only means that the days are getting shorter and Fall is just around the corner. You will start seeing Fall Decorations out in the stores to entice those who love to decorate get their shopping done now. I love this time of year with the crisp cool nights, and the browns and yellows that signal Fall. Plus the fact that football starts backup and then Halloween and Thanksgiving are just around the corner. Which leads me to my next point that now is the time to get those Halloween costumes as some places are selling them at a discount and plus you can get that Homer Simpson suit you always wanted.
Last year there was a company that was doing engraved promotional pens and you would have thought that they were giving away $100 bills. It is amazing to see what people will stand in line for these days. You must always keep your name in front of the customer and make sure that your marketing message is consistent across all channels in order to maximize brand awareness. There are even companies that are branching out from the everyday pens to footwear. There are some companies that make customize flip flops and slippers for customers as promotional items. This is something that I have not seen but sounds like a great marketing idea for some companies this year at the upcoming trade shows.
My daughter just got a new bunk bed for her room. She wanted one so that when she has a sleep over with her friends they have a place to sleep. Right now it is reserved for the many stuffed animals and Webkinz that we have aquired. We actually just donated our crib bedding to a neighbor who is expecting their third child and this has helped us to clear some room for your daughters new stuff.
In the business world there building relationships is one of the key success factors to growing your business. It is also the ability to leverage those relationships to benefit both parties. If you build your relationship simply on moving market share then you will build a short term relationship. I have been involved in many selling opportunities where the customer was basing their decision the fact that they had a long standing relationship with the sales person and the company. When you hear that they went hunting, or about their latest golfing trip where you try out your new Callaway irons you need to finds ways to position yourself and your product differently. As companies become more cost conscious and the market become more crowded you cannot sell based on price so you must create a unique position in your customers mind.
I was shopping for some new clothes and noticed that the vintage look is back in style. It seems that the older and beat up the shirts and jeans look the more they can be sold for. I still cannot get over buying a pair of shorts that have holes and minor cuts in them because this is the in look. The funny shirts that are available can be quite eye catching as we saw one with a stick figure man dating a stick figure women asking for another cookie.
It is hard to believe that August is here and we are starting to see signs of the Christmas shopping season already taking shape. There are so many options on how to shop. You can fight the crowds and arm wrestle for the last Wii, or you can use the convenience of the internet to do your holiday shopping and find a sale on your favorite items.
