A rare cancer known as mesothelioma has affected 1000’s of Americans who worked around asbetos while on their job. With the mesothelioma foundation those that have been affected can find resources to help them find resources that deal specifically with this type of cancer. Mesothelioma patients are those that have been exposed to asbetos through exposure in factories, shipyards, and mines. Some of the symptoms of those affected by pleural mesothelioma, arising from the lung lining are chest pain, persistent cough, and weight loss.
