Measuring your oxygen levels

Many people with severe asthma and COPD must always be aware of their oxygen levels. Since the levels can be indicators of other serious problems and early warning signs to other issues. Now many people can use a pulse oximeter at home to monitor their oxygen levels without the need for a health care professional. This helps the patient to be more accountable for their health and use the tools that are available to manage their chronic disease.
