When considering our new home purchase we looked at one luxury home that was on the banks of this lake. While it offered all the amenities and features that you would expect the main thing it lacked was neighbors. With three young children it was important to find a place where they would have friends and they could play at each others homes. This home will be great in a few years once the kids get older and want to have their friends over with less parent involvement.
