The latest craze in the real estate market is a thing called “house flipping”. While it may sound like a new Summer Olympics event it is not. This is where you go into a neighborhood and find a house that needs some major repairs and is under valued. Then you fix it up in a short amount of time and “flip it” or sell it for a profit. Fixing up the house can be anything from redoing the kitchen, rooms, and the outside. Usually house painting is one of those items that is a must since this helps to give the house curb appeal and presents the home to the potential buyers when they first arrive. As they say first impressions are everything. There are a few shows that follow this process and show how folks are able to turn a home in about 2- 4 weeks and make a nice little profit.
