For many Americans their cookware says alot about how their enjoyment of cooking. Some people will spend thousands on the top of the line cookware and those are usually the ones that prepare the extravagant meals. As for our family whatever is quick and simple will typically win out. We do have our favorite iron skillet that is used for Saturday morning breakfasts and it just keeps getting better the more we use. This one of the key elements of great cookware that it actually gets better the more the use it because of the seasoning that takes place.
