The latest reality show offering from RockStartup been published that shows a compilation of videos from previous videos that show the true behind the scenes look of a web 2.0 company. PayPerPost started RockStartup as a way to give everyone a look into a startup companies journey and let their customers and advertisers get a glimpse into the world of todays internet startups. I truly love the fact that the President of PayPerPost, Ted Murphy, is willing to try and do anything to create the excitement not only for his customers, but his employees as well. The first of the video which originally attracted my to PPP was the clip of them getting ready to storm the Today Show over a year ago. This was not only creative but down right crazy.
As you will see in the video the team loves to have fun as evident by the Cake eating ritual that has been established. Ted Murphy is the Hugh Hefner of Consumer generated media as evident by his velvet robe in one of the scenes. No matter how much others may not understand or dislike him at the end of the day he still getting the love. No one seems to understand why thousands of posties (that is those who post on their blogs about advertisers of their own free will) or advertisers continue support and help PayPerPost grow. I can only say that the original premise to create a buzz about a product or service is working and I am lovin it. I love the fact that this company never seems to rest and is always looking to recreate itself on a constant basis.
PPP has created a community of bloggers and advertisers that share a common that everyone can participate in the internet economy and everyone can benefit. This is why I have and will continue to support the PayPerPost vision and look forward to many more episodes of RockStartup as Ted and his crew build the greatest Web 2.0 startup in internet history.
