The sad and tragic tale of Anna Nicole Smith is slowly going away. It is unfortunate that those closest to her are unable to agree on anything and everyone seems to fighting for they think is right and not what is right for the child. The judge early in the case wanted to make sure who the real father was so they did a paternity test. This was to show who was the biological father although not the best home for the child.
