With interest rates still remaining around 6% the real estate market is still going strong in some areas. Beaufort, NC has proven to be a great area for those looking to retire with it’s access to fine dining and golf. As of this writing the beaufort nc real estate market was showing a slight edge to buyers as there is a higher than normal inventory. With it’s waterfront location and historical background it could make a great place to live for those looking to relocate or retire.
