While online shopping has increased so has the vulnerability of the shopper. When purchasing and using a credit card make sure that that the vendor has a secure checkout typically seen by the pad lock on the bottom of the browsers window. Also check to see what their return policy is and do they have any local outlets if you need to return or exchange. If it a deal is to good to be true then you might want to steer clear.
