Keyword Density
This is how often your keyword is used on the the page. For example if you have 100 words of text for toronto on a single page and you mention your keyword 5 times then your keyword density is 5%. You will also notice that well designed sites will use the same keywords within their meta tags to enhance their ranking for a particualar keyword search. Although you do need to be careful that you are not spamming your own site with too many keywords.
