In my line of work I am on the road about 8 days out of the month. I have noticed that the hotel industry has a wide definition hotel suites. Some will count a room as a suite if they have a couch in the room, while others will have a separate room all together. While this is not a problem most of the time, it does get aggravating when they charge you the price of suite when in fact you are only getting a regular room with a sofa. This is especially important when we travel with our kids and actually need that extra room for sleeping arrangements. So make sure on your next stay that if you are paying for a hotel suites
you actually get what you paid for.
