Our senior year we decided to stake our claim in some of the new college apartments that were being built. So we got to the housing office 1 day prior to them opening and brought along some tunes and beverages that will get any college through any event. I look back on it now and if we only had more options to search for living space it would have been so much easier. With the internet today you can find places like University Renter that allows college students to post their apartments for rent. Creating a new class of blog at www.voidclass.com. Right now they are focused on the North Carolina Colleges, but I believe this can change because of an unmet need across the country.
