As Christmas approaches the sound of credit card sales appears to be intensifying. With that it certainly attracts a lot of the card companies to get their cards in those shoppers hands. I predict we will see a great deal of offers after January 1, to pay off those credit card bills with enticing offers to move your balance to one credit card over another. Some folks will over spend so much that a loans may be in order to get out from under their debt.
People overspend with credit cards and car loans because they do not physically see the money that they are spending. I have seen some great advice that for holiday shopping take actual cash with you and then you are less likely to over spend on those impulse purchases. The same goes with car loans and the attractive 0 down 0% loans that they advertise. What most people do not realize is that these types of loans are only available to a select group of buyers who have an excellent credit score.
